4.16m Neighborhood Loop

Tonight I worked on my form, stride, and staying light on my feet. I took it slow and without music so I could stay focused. I did a warm up with intervals.
Mile 1: walked (15:05)
Mile 2: walked 2 min/jogged 1 min (14:08)
Mile 3: jogged 1 min/walked 1 min (12:50)
Mile 4: jogged 2 min/walked 1 min (11:22)

My average pace was 13:28.  I don't mind because I am trying to train myself to run correctly before I train to run faster.  Hopefully it will work.
